Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Baby AI Generator (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you accept them and our Privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or over, and able to enter into a contract, to create an account or use the service. Before every run you confirm that you are 18 or over; we refuse the run without it. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it.

What the pictures are

Baby AI Generator makes AI pictures of imagined children from photos, for entertainment. They are a likeness, not a genetic prediction, and say nothing reliable about any real child's appearance, health or traits. They are not medical, genetic or any other professional advice. Results vary, may contain mistakes, and may not look the way you expect.

Your account

Keep access to your email account secure: anyone who can open it can sign in to yours. You are responsible for what happens in your account. The free preview is one per person; making extra accounts to get more is not allowed, and we may refuse a free preview where we see signs of it.

What you may upload

Photos of yourself, or of other adults who have agreed to it. Before each upload you tick a box to confirm that you are 18 or over, that every person pictured is an adult and has given permission, including to the AI analysis of their facial features, and that you have the right to use the photo. You are responsible for what you upload. Uploaded photos are deleted from our servers within 24 hours.

Rules of use

You agree not to:

• upload photos of children, or of anyone who hasn't agreed;
• upload or try to create nude, sexual or violent content, or anything that sexualizes children (we report this to the authorities);
• use the pictures to mislead, harass, defame or impersonate anyone, or present them as real;
• break the law or infringe anyone's rights, including privacy, publicity and copyright;
• get around our limits or checks, use the service through bots or scripts, copy or resell it, or try to reverse engineer it.

Photos of public figures

In "Me + a celebrity" mode you upload a photo of yourself and a photo of a public figure you choose. We do not provide, host or suggest any public figure's name or photo. By starting a run you confirm that the first photo is of you, that you are an adult, and that you have the right to upload the second photo. The result is a fictional, AI-generated image made for personal, non-commercial entertainment only. It is not a real child of the public figure, and it is not endorsed by or connected to them. You agree not to sell the result, use it in advertising, present it as real, or use it to mislead, harass or defame anyone, or in any way that infringes anyone's privacy or publicity rights. Results from this mode cannot be shared by public link. Both photos are deleted within 24 hours. We may refuse any upload, and the image model may decline some photos; credits for images that are not made are returned.

Credits and payments

Credits are bought in packs with a one-time payment; a pack never renews, and its credits don't expire. One credit makes one image; you choose how many images a run makes, up to 4, so a run of 4 uses 4. Credits for images that fail or don't pass our checks are returned automatically.

You can also choose a monthly plan. It is charged when you start it and then every month, on the same day, until you cancel. Each paid month adds the plan's credits; they are used before pack credits and end when the next month starts, so unused plan credits don't carry over. You can cancel at any time from your Credits page: the plan stays until the end of the month you paid for, then stops, and you are not charged again. Pack credits stay yours.

Prices are shown before you pay, and any tax that applies is shown at checkout. Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred to another account, and can only be used on this service. We may change prices for future purchases; this never changes what you have already paid for.

Refunds

• Packs: if you haven't used any of a pack's credits, we refund it in full when you ask within 14 days of buying it. Once you have used any of its credits, the pack can't be refunded.
• Plan months: if you haven't used any credits from the current month, we refund that month when you ask within 14 days of the payment. Otherwise, canceling stops future payments but doesn't refund the current month.
• Failed images: their credits come back to your balance automatically.

To ask for a refund, write to info@babyaigenerator.io from your account's email address. Refunds go back to the original payment method. If a payment is refunded or disputed, we remove the credits it added. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer law gives you.

Your photos and pictures

You keep all rights you have in the photos you upload. You give us permission to store and process them, and the pictures made from them, only to provide the service to you: making your pictures, showing them to you and serving the share links you create.

We claim no ownership of your pictures. To the extent we have any rights in them, we transfer them to you, and you may download, keep and share them for personal, non-commercial use. AI-generated images may not be protected by copyright, and other people may get similar pictures. We won't use your pictures to promote the service without your permission.

Anyone with a share link can see that picture until you turn the link off. You decide who gets it.

Reporting misuse

If you believe someone uploaded your photo without permission, or a picture infringes your rights, write to info@babyaigenerator.io. We review every report and remove content that breaks these terms.

The service

We work to keep the service running well, but we don't promise it will always be available, free of errors, or able to make a picture from every photo. We may change, add or remove features. If we ever close the service, we will give at least 30 days' notice so you can use your credits.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and credits obtained by breaking them are lost. You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account from Settings.

Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover any claims, losses and costs we face because of photos you uploaded or because you broke these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and tell you by email or on the site before an important change takes effect. If you have a monthly plan and don't accept the change, you can cancel before it applies. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, please write to us first: most problems can be solved quickly, and we will try to resolve any complaint within 30 days. These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live.

General

These terms and the Privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the service. If any part is found invalid, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer this agreement; we may transfer it to a buyer of the business, who must honor it.
